However, there are so many brands and collections I would like to talk about it is quite difficult for me as well. But, luckily, even though the space is limited, we have many months ahead us!
I don’t want to make you wait any longer. Here is my special selection for February:

Little Creative Factory

You all know Little Creative Factory, and I am guessing you are all already in love with this brand. Their new collection, Dancers, takes its inspiration from all the little people around the world who strive to forge their own journey. And do so with all the effort and imagination they can muster. The collection celebrates this commitment and the freedom that comes from staying true to your dreams.
The beautiful, evocative pictures included in the look book are simply astonishing. It was very difficult for me to only choose a couple of captions for the magazine. I urge you all to visit the official website to see the full collection.

Belle Chiara – shoes and textile

Belle Chiara was established in 2009, presents a double collection: shoes and fashion for girls from 2 to 14 years old.
Their 2018 spring/summer collection takes us back to Holland through painting and Costumbrismo masterpieces directly inspired by Vermeer and other classical painters.
The chromatic palette is limited to white, black, cream, blue, and green, lending the collection a sense of cohesion and tranquility. The fabrics used are cotton and linen.

Lorena Canals

For the last 12 years, Lorena Canals has been designing children’s rugs. Lorena Canals rugs undergo an extensive handmade elaboration process based on the selection of the best raw materials, the use of natural dyes, and compliance with quality and safety regulations for children. The designs are lovely, and the fact that these rugs can be washed at home make them a wonderful option for a lot of parents when it comes to decorating nurseries and children’s rooms.
Here is a description of the Berber rug:
This cream Berber piece from the Black & White collection, made in 100% cotton and machine-washable, is not only perfect for a nursery; it will also look perfect in a living room, dining room, or bedroom. The fine black lines create diamond shapes on a beige background, giving this rug a timeless elegance.

The Galaxy collection comes as one of the great inspirations of the season. Their imagination is limitless! The Milky Way rug is 100% cotton and washable in a domestic washing machine (weight: 9 kg). Oval in design, a spiral in the form of the Milky Way traced in a natural cotton color on a black background. It is the first Lorena Canals children’s collection in black and natural colors. A trend that suits both boys’ and girls’ bedrooms.

Both rugs featured:

• Handmade by craftspeople
• its natural dyes make them safe,
• and since are made of cotton, they are light, soft, and pliable.

Pili Carrera

Pili Carrera is one of the leading fashion brands in Spain. We just cannot talk about Spanish fashion for children without talking about Pili Carrera. The new Spring/Summer collection has many different lines and inspirations. I had to choose something from all the beauties they showed me, and in the end I fell for the pictures you see below. I believe they express the spirit of this brand well.
Soft, chequered prints and thin stripes are found in a line made mainly of cotton, filling the garments with a dose of sophistication and elegance. Colours such as navy blue and sand combine harmoniously to form a collection that prompts reflection and serenity.

 

 

FIMI Kids Fashion Week

The latest (86th) edition of FIMI kids fashion week was a success. Below is one of the brands that caught my attention on the catwalk. Villalobos + Nieves Alvarez, better known as N+V (presenting the new winter collection for next year):
