Mini Mode launched their inaugural kids fashion show in The Hellenic Centre, alongside London Fashion Week on February 16th 2018.
Consisting of two shows ,the morning for the industry and in the afternoon for consumers.
I was impressed by the inclusiveness of the mini models and their close relationship with the Foundation for Pediatric Osteopathy.
The balance of glamour and good cause was beautifully thought of. The event was hosted by Inspiring Vanessa, an 11 year old motivational speaker. Her confidence and spark truly shone bright.
Amanda Rabor, Founder of Mini Mode says: “London Fashion Week is iconic. It has been recognised throughout the world for decades and has launched the careers of some of the world’s greatest creatives; encouraging individuality and respected global brands in the UK industry. A plethora of UK kids brands have paved the way for the British kids market creating success stories in this rapidly growing industry. With that in mind, we thought that it was time to create a platform for kids fashion during the UK industry’s renowned London Fashion Week. It is time for kids to be counted and noticed.”
Mini Mode is where fashion VISIONARIES and the kids fashion market unites. Creating the new generation of the UK kids market. Bringing elements of GLAMOUR, social media influencers and global business into one platform. And thus firmly placing the UK into the global kids arena.
Each collaborator, contributor, Media Partner, influencer and Global Ambassador is what makes this project unique and fast tracked for success. PASSIONATE about kids and that is exemplified in the exceptional individual work that Mini Mode does. This platform is about EMPOWERMENT for kids and building SELF ESTEEM whilst contributing to a business and fashion model for the UK kids industry that promotes inclusivity on every level.
We are working on informing the choices of the next generation and showing them that EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE. In this time of global Social Media influence, British kids need an event which is reflective of their global counterparts and to feel included and a part of the fashion industry.
Mini Mode fills this gap.
Amanda believes that to create the changes, we have to be the change.
Hence Mini Mode is born!
